Report From The Newsletter Editor

This is the first volume of the newsletter of Subcommission B to be
published using this present format.  Previous volumes of the
newsletter were bound and distributed about once every two years. 
We are planning to publish a newsletter more frequently, perhaps
once every six months.  Our success will depend on you.  We need
you to submit items for possible inclusion in the newsletter.  Please

send address corrections to the above address and also let us know
of others who should receive this newsletter.  Each copy of this
newsletter costs from $0.55 to $1.34 USD to mail depending on the

your next newsletter on E-mail.  This would reduce mailing costs and
would be much appreciated.
